可用薰衣草 3 滴加羅馬洋甘菊 2 滴作蒸薰, 薰衣草有協調中樞神經的作用, 而羅馬洋甘菊具有鎮靜神經的功效, 將兩者混合後, 可消除因精神壓力引起的身心障礙。

You can use 3 drops of Lavender with 2 drops of Chamomile Roman for burning. Lavender balance your central nervous system while Chamomile Roman calm your mind. Mixture of them can reduce fatigue and stress.

你可用蒸餾水或純露10毫升, 加入茶樹3滴,香茅3滴,薰衣草4滴,再加入10滴溶解劑,混合後便可用作消毒噴霧之用。

You can add Tea Tree (3drops), Citronella (3 drops), Lavender (4 Drops) into 10ml of Floral Water or distilled water together with 10 drops of solubiliser to make the spray.

You may have a foot bath with hot water over your knees for 10-15 minutes with Cypress (2 drops), Grapefruit (2 drops), Lemongrass (1 drop). Then mix Cypress (4 drops), Lemongrass (3 drops), Grapefruit (3drops) into 8ml Grapeseed Oil for a slight massage on lower legs to relieve fatigue of legs.

你可用黃泥粉1湯匙加玫瑰純露1至2湯匙,再加1滴玫瑰精油或胡蘿蔔籽精油,塗於面部約5-15分鐘,面膜乾後再清洗。

你也可用滋潤面霜50毫升,石榴精華素5-10滴,玫瑰精油5滴,胡蘿蔔籽精油4滴,檸檬6滴,早晚塗於面上,可使肌膚回復生氣,變得紅潤。

You can use 1 tablespoon of Yellow Clay and 1-2 tablespoon of Rose Floral Water with 1 drop of Rose or Carrot Seed Essential Oil, apply to face as a mask and wash after 5-15 minutes.

You may also use 50ml of moisturiser with 5-10 drops of Pomegranate Extract, 5 drops of Rose, 4 drops of Carrot Seed and 6 drops of Lemon as your personal cream.

玫瑰果油                20ml

茶花油                    30ml

玫瑰精華油            6 滴

洋甘菊精華油        6 滴

清潔面部後, 取適量混合好的混合精油於眼部位置打圈輕按, 這樣除了有助加快眼部的血液循環, 也可以減輕魚尾紋。

You may use the following formula:

Rosehip Oil              20ml

Camellia Oil            30ml

Rose                         6 drops

Chamomile             6 drops

After washing face, apply the mixture oil on eyes with slightly massage. It speed up the circulation of eyes, and reduces winkles.

Neroli and Sandalwood essential oil which are very effective in sedative, antidepressant as well as anti-anxiety.  You can mix a bottle of body oil and massage the chest and the upper back every night. The body oil blend includes 3 drops of Neroli, 3 drops of Sandalwood and 10ml of base oil such as Sweet Almond, Grapeseed or Hazelnut oil.
