你可以自制一支清爽控油潔面乳,建議使用茶樹,薰衣草,天竺葵,苦橙葉等精油共20滴加進50毫升的洗面基底乳混合後使用。
茶樹有消炎殺菌功效,可防止暗瘡形成。
薰衣草及天竺葵可平衡油脂分泌。
苦橙葉有助控制油脂分泌,亦可減少粉刺及去疤痕。

You can blend a refreshing oil control facial cleanser by adding essential oil such as tea tree, lavender, geranium and petitgrain.
Add in total 20 drops of essential oil into 50ml cream facial cleanser (unscented base).
Tea tree is antiseptic, prevents pimple formation.
Lavender and geranium can balance sebum production.
Petitgrain can lessen acnes and scars.

可用青檸,山雞椒,香茅等精油以蒸薰法去除異味。
先把溫水注滿蠟燭香薰爐內放以上精油共6至8滴,再點燃蠟燭放在香薰爐底座位置蒸薰便可。

Try to blend lime, litsea cubeba and citronella by using the vaporization method.
First fill the candle burner with warm water, then adding in total 6-8 drops of the above essential oil into the water. Then place the tea light candle underneath.

可可巴油10ml
羅文莎樺葉10滴
松木 10滴
綠花百千層 10滴
