Black Pepper

溫暖浸浴配方:

黑胡椒2滴

薑3滴

薰衣草3滴

甜杏仁油5ML

先將配方與死海浴鹽, 暖水混和, 再進行浸浴。薑,黑胡椒可使身體暖和, 薰衣草則能舒緩入睡。此配方同時亦適合腳部浸泡。

 

Warm bath formula:

Black pepper 2 drops

Ginger 3 drops

Lavender 3 drops

Sweet Almond 5ml

Mix the above formula with dead sea salt and warm water, then put it into the bath. Ginger and black pepper can warm up the body, lavender helps with sleeping. This formula is also good for foot bath.

Try using base oil for nail care. Base oil is rich of minerals and proteins, suggested formula:

Sweet almond oil 40ml

Jojoba oil 10ml

Lavender 8 drops

Frankincense 8 drops

Orange 4 drops

Apart from nail care, this formula can also use for body and hair.

Cedarwood and Ravensara Wild can help with respiratory infection and asthma. Use 3 drops of each for the vaporization method. Or you can dilute them with base oil and apply it on the throat and nose, suggested formula:

Grapeseed oil 10ml

Ravensara Wild 3 drops

Cedarwood 2 drops

Sandalwood 1 drop
