用什麼精油薰香可舒緩哮喘? Which essential oil I should vaporize to relieve asthma?

香柏木及羅文莎樺葉可舒緩呼吸道感染及哮喘, 可各用3滴薰香, 也可稀釋在底油中擦在喉嚨及鼻位, 配方如下:

葡萄籽底油10ML

羅文莎樺葉3滴

香柏木2滴

檀香1滴

Cedarwood and Ravensara Wild can help with respiratory infection and asthma. Use 3 drops of each for the vaporization method. Or you can dilute them with base oil and apply it on the throat and nose, suggested formula:

Grapeseed oil 10ml

Ravensara Wild 3 drops

Cedarwood 2 drops

Sandalwood 1 drop

可以轉用其他舒緩安神的精華油, 比如香柏木, 乳香, 天竺葵, 洋甘菊, 檀香木, 晚上都可以用作蒸薰, 對於慢性的呼吸道感染, 支氣管炎, 咳嗽, 哮喘非常有幫助。

建議配方:

把乳香一滴, 甘菊三滴, 天竺葵兩滴放在電香薰爐作蒸薰。
