You can blend painful relief oil for massage:
St John Wort(infused) oil 10ml
Arnica oil 10 ml
Olive oil 10 ml
Lemon 5 drops
Pepper black 2 drops
Peppermint 3 drops
Eucalyptus 3 drops
Pine 2 drops
Use this oil after mixing, it can strengthen muscles and relieve lower back pain.

身體乳霜                  30毫升

蘆薈啫喱                  20毫升

馬鬱蘭                      10滴

胡椒薄荷                  10滴

薰衣草                      10滴

尤加利,薑,薰衣草,馬鬱蘭及迷迭香也能減輕肌肉酸痛的。特別薑精華油能有效消散瘀血,止痛及舒緩風濕等症狀,用法很簡單,只需將馬鬱蘭四滴,薰衣草八滴, 薑三滴   

加進三十毫升底油中混合使用在患處便可。

Eucalyptus, Ginger, Lavender, Marjoram and Rosemary can reduce muscle pain. Especially Ginger can relieve bruises, sores and rheumatism. You can just simply add 4 drops of Marjoram, 8 drops of Lavender and 3 drops of Ginger into 30ml of base oil and apply on the affected areas.

薰衣草3滴,胡椒薄荷3滴,檸檬4滴,混合於20毫升底油中,塗於腰部酸痛處作輕柔按摩,便可減輕痛楚。

Your waist will get painful even you sit or stand for a long time. You can use essential oils to help and the suggested formula is:

3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Peppermint, 4 drops of Lemon, mix them in 20 ml of any carrier oil and massage at the affected area to relieve pain.

你可以調配舒緩肌肉酸痛的按摩油於睡前塗於酸痛的地方, 調配比例如下:

山金車(浸泡)油                      10毫升

薰衣草                                      2滴

馬鬱蘭/德國藍甘菊               2滴

檸檬草                                     1滴

用後緊記多休息啊!

背痛是一種相當普遍的症狀,其特徵是疼痛、肌肉或骨骼僵硬。

建議使用有效鎮靜的薰衣草精油,有止痛功效的迷迭香和馬鬱蘭精油來緩和痛楚。利用精油協助減輕背痛的折磨,可選擇以泡澡或按摩方式進行。

 

泡澡法: 把薰衣草、馬鬱蘭、羅馬洋甘菊各2滴放入注滿溫水浴缸內,幫助消除壓力、舒緩背痛。

按摩法: 將羅馬洋甘菊4滴,迷迭香3滴,薰衣草8滴加進30毫升的甜杏仁油中混合,塗抹背部或全身,配合輕柔的按摩。

Back pain is a common symptom which comes with stiffness of bones and muscles.

We suggest you use calming oils like Lavender and some pain relieving oils such as Rosemary, Marjoram to improve that. You can release pain with massage or having a bath:

Bath: Put 2 drops of Lavender, Marjoram and Chamomile Roman into bath water

Massage: Mix 4 drops of Chamomile Roman, 3 drops of Rosemary and 8 drops of Lavender into 30ml of Almond Sweet, apply on whole body especially back with slight massage.

首先,針對你的鼻敏感的問題,建議你可使用綠花百千層或尤加利。綠花百千層具有消解鼻塞的功效,令到呼吸變得更暢順。而尤加利亦是舒緩鼻敏感的其中一種較有效的精華油,它的功效主要都是舒緩有關呼吸道的問題,例如:傷風,支氣管感染, 鼻竇炎等等。另外,肌肉痛楚這些問題可配合底油使用,效果會更明顯。精華油可選用薑,羅文莎華葉等, 而底油可選用杏核油,芝麻油,甜杏仁油等薄身油, 吸收的速度會更快。

We suggest you to use Niaouli which improve blocked nose and respiratory system or Eucalptus which relieve sensitive nose and reduce cold, flu, catarrh bronchial as well. If you have pain in muscle, you can mix oils like Ginger and Ravensara Wild

With thin base oil such as Apricot Kernel, Sesame or Almond Sweet to make it absorb easily.
