可使用杜松果精油2滴+葡萄柚精油2滴+絲柏精油2滴+天竺葵精油2滴,一起滴進
25ml甜杏仁油裡。

在手掌揉搓油加熱,均勻塗在小腿上,用兩手揑住小腿肌肉進行按摩,再用拳頭由
下向上打圈按摩,定時按摩有效消除小腿肌肉。
