的確有些香薰精華油是有通經的功效,所以懷孕的時候應避免使用那些精華油塗抹於身體上,如羅勒、洋甘菊、香柏木、快樂鼠尾草、天竺葵、馬鬱蘭、玫瑰、玫瑰天竺葵、胡椒薄荷、迷迭香、絲柏、尤加利、茴香等。

There are actually some essential oils that can stimulate menstrual flow that you need to prevent using on body in pregnancy. Such as: Basil, Chamomile Roman, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Geranium, Marjoram, Rose, Rose Geranium, Peppermint, Rosemary, Cypress, Eucalyptus and Fennel etcs.
