When using diffusers, try using the 1 to 2 of the following:

Lavender

Bergamot

Orange Sweet

Rose Geranium

Simply add 6-8 drops of your selected essential oil into your diffusers few hours before sleep.

Without diffusers:

Drop 3-4 drops of essential oils onto your pillow, that should help improve your sleep quality.
