果類精油是個不錯的選擇,平日如果有使用香薰噴霧機,可使用檸檬精油,加上葡萄柚精油和山雞椒精油,檸檬3滴,葡萄柚和山雞椒各2滴。3種精油都能有效提醒,令人開心,味道酸酸,感覺十分清新。

Citrus will be a good option. Use lemon 3 drops, grapefruit and litsea cubea 2 drops each into the vaporizer. This blend is very uplifting and refreshing.
